It has been a year since I have posted last....wow. Shame on me.
Occasionally I think to myself, why should New Year's Resolutions be limited to the New Year? So at the beginning of each month I aim to build a new habit in my life. Successes so far include making my bed everyday, practicing mindfulness everyday (thanks to the Headspace app), and waking up before 7am (successful most days).
My June resolution is to revisit this site, aiming to update and produce content at least once a week.
Since my last post a year ago a lot has changed. More on that to come, but in lieu of a larger post (to come), I've updated my the home page and About page with a summary of the biggest changes. TLDR version: Left MQD, finished MIDS, moved to DC, joined 2U! It was a whirlwind couple of months but well worth it!
